Founder/ Lead Dog Trainer Dog training hasn’t just been my career, it’s been my entire life! Growing up in a household with a working canine unit, I had a front row seat to high level handling. I saw the clear communication and high level handling long before I ever picked up a leash professionally.
For the past six years, I’ve taken that foundation and turned it into my passion. Helping everyday families build reliable obedience with clear boundaries and lasting bonds with their dogs! As a mom myself, I know firsthand how important it is to have a well mannered dog in a busy home. My goal is to give handlers the practical tools, confidence, and structure they need to make life with their dog enjoyable, stress free, and most importantly safe!

Cash’s journey is the ultimate testament to the powering of training and second chances. Before joining the team, Cash spent two years bouncing in and out of shelters. He accumulated an eight page intake history with our local shelter. That all changed in January 2026 when he showed up right at the door of Box of Barks, almost as if he knew where to find his person.
Kim officially rescued him and put him straight to work. His transformation has been remarkable ever since! Today, Cash uses his high drive and big heart as Beyond the Bark Academy’s resident Demo Dog. Helping demonstrate leash manners, neutrality, an engagement for clients in training!
